This is a customer service support technician job in a foreign-based company which is specialized in logistics service and transportation at tunneling and infrastructure site. -Test and adjust tunneling vehicles -Ensure vehicle receipt by the customers -Process customer request, -Deal with vehicle diagnostics -Provide training to the vehicle users -Report to headquarters, -Promote services and ensure customer satisfaction -Send feed-back experience in provided documents format (NCS, product improvement, etc...) -Organize own business trip (administrative+technical support documents, etc) |

| 応募資格 |
■Experience in mobile machines and hydraulic field. -Knowledge of assembly methods and procedures preferred -Construction machinery maintenance experience preferred -Hydraulic and electrical on mobile machinery experience preferred ■Able to travel between work sites. ■Office software skills (office, excel, PPT, outlook) ■Able to working in an international environment ■Business level of English (spoken, written) ■Conversational Japanese or above |
