仕事内容  Interact and co-ordinate with Customer, IBS Service Delivery team, other subcontractors and
groups.
 Formulate and manage an account development plan for selected accounts in the region to
achieve the business goals.
 Act as the communication window between IBS and customers on issues related to the
project.
 Send out the periodic reports to customers.
 Track project milestones, deliverables and other details.
 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely
and clear fashion.
 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency
plans.
 Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
 Any other relevant tasks in relation to the above as may be assigned by the Company from
time to time.

給与 年収1000万円想定（応相談）
応募資格 ・日本語能力検定1級以上、ＴＯＥＩＣ900点相当　English(TOEIC 900 or above) and Japanese (JLPT N1 level).
・ＩＴ企業10年以上の経験　Minimum of 10 year business experience in IT industry.
・4年制大学卒業　4-year university graduation is a must.
・プロジェクト予算管理、収支管理を含めてプロジェクトマネジメント経験　Experience in managing multiple projects or operated with Revenue / TCV / Margin KPIs
・顧客との関係構築力　Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery excellence and by providing the right engagement experience to the customers
・アカウントマネジャーの経験　Experience at an account manager level
・潜在力　Potential for scaling up and meeting the role requirements of the account manager role
期間区分
休日休暇 Holidays: Saturdays & Sundays, National Holidays, December 30th to January 3rd
